Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit
To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 56 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 56 days before arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Written Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Whenever possible, we will try to re-rent the cancelled dates. If successful, we may offer a partial refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
