For a stay shorter than 4 nights, the price increases for 30%.

Additional information
- A/C included in price
- No smoking.
- No parties or events.
- The apartment is a part of a family house and residential area, so no noise after 11 pm.
- Final cleaning: no additional fee. The guest have to clean the apartment before the departure, regardless the last cleaning of the housekeeper.
- On the day of your arrival, we would require your identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board.
- Please, be aware of your environment. When you go out of the apartment, please switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the water.
And do not leave the air conditioning on while doors and windows are open.
- Please contact us an hour before arrival to Poreč so we can meet you on time.
- Please, respect our check-in and check-out times. Check-in is after 2 PM and check-out is not later than 10 AM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.
- We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any of your personal property. (We will return any missing items found.)
- You are requested to pay for repairs of any damage you or your guests have caused. If something doesn't work let us know immediately!
- You acknowledge that you have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy if needed. Thank you!
